Quick Facts

  • Members are called Princesses until they become Temple president, at which point they become Queens. After their term as Queen, they are referred to as Past Queens.
  • Temples are the local entities, and the overseeing body is referred to as the Supreme Temple.
  • Daughters of the Nile Temples meet at least 10 times annually and organize various fundraisers to support both the local Temple and the Daughters of the Nile Foundation.
  • The Daughters of the Nile Foundation is a 501c3 that offers support to Shriners Children's™.
